I think it is very common that people think that if you can really start to lose weight and cardiovascular exercises. I think that people think that cardio is boring and a waste of time, since few of them, which make them religiously, need to see significant results, too!
Are they necessary try to lose weight? From my personal experience, I do not do a lot of cardio, yet has managed to reduce the percentage of body fat in a short of over two months. In addition, from my conversations with several of his friends, who managed to lose weight in a period in a relatively short time, most of them only to be told just focused on my diet, and will work keep your calories in check.
Do not get me wrong, I think cardio is great for keeping your cardiovascular health, and help accelerate weight loss. However, it is certainly not necessary for you to lose weight!
In fact, if you ask any fitness trainer or nutritionist that price, I am very sure that he or she will tell you that diet is the amount that you should focus on, without which, no matter what type of exercise you perform. This is great, and you can still lose weight if you exercise less than ideal, but a perfect diet. However, this is not the case, and vice versa.
So how do you get a good plan in place? Firstly, you must ensure that you are in a calorie deficit; it is just a matter of if you burn more calories through exercise than you consume that food.
Then check if you take too much of any food, especially carbohydrates. If you take refined carbohydrates, more like rice and pasta, it is very difficult to lose weight. These products are easy to store as fat, and have a tendency to float, which causes water retention and makes it look bloated.
